Started with a simple belief
African businesses need AI that actually works. Not AI that sounds good in a slide deck. We build it, we put it live, and it runs.
Our Story
We started Link Nova because we kept bumping into the same problem: businesses that knew AI could help them but couldn't find anyone to actually build it. Everyone wants to advise. We wanted to build.
We think in systems. How does the business actually run? Where do people waste time? Where can software take over? We use AI to write code faster, but the output is the same as any good engineering team — production-grade software that holds up.
So far, we've shipped e-commerce platforms that handle real payments. WhatsApp bots that run entire operations. Government application systems. Enterprise branding tools. All live. All doing real work every day.
We're based in South Africa and we work across the continent. Africa is picking up AI faster than most outsiders expect. We plan to be building the systems when that wave hits.
How we think about this work
Ship, don't pitch
We measure ourselves by what's running, not what's in a proposal. If it's not in production, it doesn't count. Strategy documents are fine — as long as they turn into working software.
Meet people where they are
Most African businesses run on WhatsApp. We don't fight that — we build on top of it. If your team uses voice notes, your AI agent should handle voice notes. Tech works when it fits how people already behave.
Own the outcome
We don't hand over a codebase and disappear. We maintain what we build. That keeps us honest — we're the ones dealing with it at 2 AM when something goes sideways.
